Our business model is simple; we build technology-enabled companies and always work to a part cash/part equity or rev-share model, building a profitable “engine” as well as a flourishing portfolio.

1. Using our Framework (Spark, Flash, Strike, Bolt) we partner with ambitious startup founders and equip them with the team, tools, expertise and scale to build highly successful technology companies

2. We use revenue from the ucreate Framework to build our own products and companies and then monetise them

3. We partner with existing, successful offline companies who realise they need technology to scale. They invest in the technology and we share the upside
