Katharina Haider Senior UX/UI Designer Why did you choose this team? I started with the Formunauts as a customer care agent, which was a good opportunity to get to know our customers, but also the stakeholders, users and the entire Formunauts team. I'm looking forward to working in the development team, not only to bring the company's vision to the product team, but also to work together in the interdisciplinary team. What is your job about? My work as a UX designer is not just about designing user interfaces. Everyone involved should follow a common vision in the first phases of a project in order to achieve results that users love. Therefore, a large part of my work consists of designing the development process in such a way that it offers the opportunity to contribute the knowledge of everyone involved. What do you particularly like about your job? The Formunauts have a very family atmosphere, and you can always expect a surprise at the regular team events. There is not only a very nice and centrally located office, but also the possibility to work remotely. Everyone can contribute their ideas and initiative is required.
