How Forge Works
1. Store managers create a profile and add employees to Forge Employee Management System.
2. Employees receive a message allowing them to opt-in to download Forge’s mobile app.
3. Retailers select other retailers that they feel comfortable sharing talent. (Ex. Can prohibit competing brands.) 4. Both companies are required to “opt-in” to sharing and, once complete, can instantly begin sourcing and training from their new labor pool. 5. When shifts need to be filled, managers can post shifts in Forge for their new labor pool to select to work through their phone.
6. Forge ensures schedules across retailers never conflict, to maintain an ease-of-scheduling for managers and employees.
