Data Processing: Collect, process, and analyze raw data for monthly branch revenue and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the Planning Manager's strategic direction.

MBR Preparation: Develop and compile comprehensive Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials for leadership.

Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze monthly market trends to produce actionable market status reports.

• Develop and execute mid-to-long term W&D growth strategy and business portfolio roadmap
• Identify and develop new business models (3PL/4PL, automation, fulfillment, cross-border logistics, etc.)
