Flock is a beauty, wellness, and personal care social ecommerce marketplace. We enable discovery, evaluation, purchase, and post-purchase engagement to happen on one platform. Our unique selling points are a browse experience mimicking social experience, hyper-personalization, group buying for discounts, and rewards earned through gamification.

All items on our platform can be bought in groups for a discount. Groups need to be created for each product and filled within 24 hours for the purchase to go through.

Opposite to traditional ecommerce retailers, we made discovery and evaluation of products easy on Flock. Our homepage is designed like a social media platform mix of Reddit and Pinterest for customers to browse products, reviews, and posts. Our AI recommendation system suggests products that match the customers’ preferences to decrease choice overload.

Gamification of rewards engages customers post-purchase. Leaving reviews and sharing with friends are all rewarded actions.
