Float is an integrated shopping, budgeting and borrowing platform.  Consumers focus their transactions through Float in order to obtain general-use, interest-free credit. Float ties the amount of credit to the amount of spending at Float's partner merchants. Merchants pay Float to promote their stores to Float's loyal customers. Float uses budgeting and transactional data to underwrite and make targeted ads.

The key to profitability is achieving the right relationship between spending and lending based on the credit and loyalty risk of the consumer.  Annual shopping to lending is over 14 to 1.  Expected net return on loans based on experienced loan losses is over 23%.
