Flex careers

Flex is an iOS app that allows you to book a Personal Training, Yoga, Boxing or Kickboxing workout at a flat rate. Sessions can take place at a home, condo gym, office, or outdoors.

Workouts are commitment-free, starting at $50. Users can also bring up to three friends to share the cost and hold a semi-private session for as low as $20 per person. All of our professionals are certified, background-checked, vetted and insured. We have attracted some of Toronto's best fitness professionals due to our highly competitive wages!
