Our company is making a mobile platform for members of the fitness community to engage with each other by sharing fitness content through video.

We do this by using tik-tok style short-form videos embedded in a series of instagram style stories to allow users to quickly find workouts that they like. Once a desired workout is found, the full length workout can be played while the user simultaneously records themselves following it. Through this platform trainers/influencers will be able to provide content for their clients to follow and record themselves remotely and asynchronously by challenging them to do their workouts. They can then provide feedback on the same platform.
