Firstly's mission is to accelerate social and economic mobility. This vision was inspired by our CEO's experience growing up below the poverty line. It was educational programs that helped him pave a road to economic mobility. Simply put, Programs ? Change ? Lives. Whether mentorship, coaching, or startup incubation, programs help people take the first steps that catapult their success. But we also know the struggle of managing them. Between the never-ending tasks and the constant pressure, it's nearly impossible to measure the real impact of your work... We know this through our first-hand experience launching programs for colleges, companies, and even the government. That's why we created Firstly. We believe that by simplifying how people run programs, we can free up time for what matters most: changing lives and shaping futures. With a founding team that is First-Gen ? and Neurodiverse ?, we're proud of building a company where people can be as different, quirky, and weird as they are at home.
