Firmconnect’s mission is to allow any professional to self-service their L&D through services offered by independent coaches and consultancies, as well as provide organizations with an easy way to source HR & DEI&B consultancies. Organizations cannot easily find the support they need to support their workplace DEI&B, HR, and professional development needs. Employees may be given education stipends but do not know where to use them. As an organization, you can easily search for services like consulting, speaking engagements, and DEI&B recruiting services. Employees can self-service their professional development through offerings ranging from 1:1 coaching, group coaching, training & workshops, and facilitated discussions.
