Fintria’s Regulatory Compliance System – Rule 370 (RCS 370) is an end-to-end system that provides a more cost-effective, easier, and faster way to comply with the FDIC’s Regulation 12 CFR Part 370 than building a solution from scratch.

Using this system, our clients can reduce the risks, costs, and hours involved in compliance, including the requirements of data quality enhancement, development of a calculation engine, and producing reports and documentation that fulfill compliance requirements. As part of your annual maintenance package, our team will also make adjustments to the system as required to maintain compliance with 12 CFR Part 370.
