Our customers are ordinary people who don't have access to formal credit, either due to the high cost of reaching them through the traditional brick-and-mortar channels or unable to leverage online platforms due to their limited understanding of the digital space. These customers are often dependent on usurious money lenders. These people have been denied access to the financial mainstream and therefore, to financial empowerment and inclusion. The problem exists due to the high distribution cost inherent in the financial service industry.
