FinalCall is an online auction platform for real estate. Auctions are a popular method to sell property in Australia and New Zealand. It is designed to combine the on-site or in-room auction with an online auction room by capturing and broadcasting all bids and critical information to any connected users.
The platform provides the ability to also stream video and audio if the agent chooses to add this for the auction. The system is designed to run in a low connectivity environment for both broadcast and consumption.
There are many new features being added including digital payment of deposit and electronic contract execution. We plan to move into other types of property transactions in addition to auctions.
