Salaried Jobs are designed to keep you dependent. There is only so much that you can earn in a salaried job. Even if you are earning 30-40 Lakhs per annum, most likely you will end up making not more than 4-5 crores over the next 10 years. This is without even considering the impact of taxes and expenses. Basically, the maximum earning potential in most jobs is highly restricted. However, a business with the right team and right execution has the potential to generate millions over a 10-year period and witness exponential growth, besides the learning that the journey brings. We are looking for extremely passionate people who could be a part of Finacular’s core team and help us take this business to the next level.
