Our Story

FieldScribe was born on the job site. As the founder of Heron Stone Masonry, I saw firsthand how much time contractors waste jotting down notes, typing quotes, and reformatting scopes of work — time that could be spent building, managing crews, and landing the next job.

Our “aha” moment came when I realized: What if contractors could just talk through the job, and the scope wrote itself? That’s FieldScribe — the fastest way to go from voice note to quote without the paperwork grind.
