Fewl combines design thinking and no-code technology to create mental health services that are highly usable. The three co-founders have a background in design, expertise in UX and UI and other complementary skills like research and strategy. Our approach is backed by nearly two years of primary and secondary research, involving over 500 people with lived experience of mental illness and mental health professionals. We have followed a design thinking process to understand the problem, ideate solutions and prototype and test them, an approach that has rarely been applied to mental health innovation.
