Feloosy is not a normal startup. We have huge ambitions to change the way the Middle East thinks about and uses money. The idea of complete financial independence seems like an illusion to most young people but it doesn't have to be that way. Feloosy is on a mission to help you do your future a favour and finally achieve any financial goal which you can imagine. We realized pretty early on that to be able to achieve our huge ambitions, there are 2 key components which we had to get absolutely right, providing real value to our users and making sure that our team is as happy as humanely possible. Having been part of huge hierarchical corporate structures in the past, we have witnessed first-hand the huge inefficiencies and lack of innovation traditional management styles can produce. We are adopting a new management style called Holocracy, where decision making is decentralized and distributed across the organisation. Full autonomy is allocated to individuals in the team, driven by a specific and dynamic personal missions. This allows the company to self-organise in a results driven way and exercise complete freedom within individual missions. If you feel like an action will help you achieve your mission, the decision is completely your own. We also believe that everyone should be rewarded for the part they play in building Feloosy which is why since day 1 we have allocated a generous portion of the company's equity to an employee stock option program. We have no fixed work hours, no fixed vacation days, basket ball hoop, air hockey table, fresh fruit, coffee on tap and much more. Finally, our most indispensable team member, Joey the beagle (our chief happiness office) will make sure that you start every morning with a smile (as long as you bring treats...)
