Culture is not defined by the piece of code you write, it is defined by the way you communicate! When we are making finance fun for young India, we want to make work fun for our young and energetic team as well! We believe that a healthy culture implies a healthy company and healthy products and growth! Only two simple fundas- 1. Customer is the King/Queen so build what a customer wants, 2. While building for the customer, make sure you are building yourself and helping others grow. We want our team to have empathy for the customer and a product-centric mindset. But they need to be equally fun-loving! We don't ask when you come and when you go but we want to make sure that the product works perfectly and the customer is happy!
