Feathr covers 99% of healthcare premiums for full-time employees and 50% of dependent costs.

Vision and dental insurance

Feathr covers 100% and dental and vision insurance premiums for full-time employees and their dependents.

Parental leave policy

Feathr offers 12 weeks of full-time paid parental leave for new parents, including foster and adoptive parents.

Flexible work environment

Feathr operations on a flexible work model, meaning that we support remote work for majority of our roles. However, we do have an office located in Gainesville, FL for any Flock members that prefer to work in-person.

Time off policies

New full-time employees are given 10 Vacation days effective immediately upon hire., and accrues with tenure. Full-time employees are allotted unlimited Sick Time Off.
