Culture and benefits at Fearless

Perks and benefits

Insurance

We cover 100% of the employee-only premium for HMO medical / PPO HSA, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. We also offer the option for dependent coverage on all the group plans.

Paid leave

We don't believe in working on our birthdays. Everybody receives 3 weeks accrued vacation, 1 week sick leave, 10 Federal holidays, their birthday, jury duty, and bereavement.

Snacks

If you like snacking, we've got your back. Get a monthly Amazon allowance for your own stash of snacks, and hit up our snack dispenser, candy machine, or drink fridges for some treats and a purple Gatorade.

Education and training

Go to the conferences and training events that you want to attend! Team members get an accrued budget of up to $4,000 per year for classes, travel, events, and materials.

Cool office

We may be biased, but we think the Fearless HQ is pretty cool. We have automated sit/stand desks, reservable treadmills and office stalls, bean bags and couch booths to escape to, a calf lounge for the young ones, and however many monitors you want. You can get a narrated peek here, or just stop in to see for yourself.

Tech

Everyone gets a yearly budget of up to $750 for any tech or gadgets they need in their life. Team members have bought drones, home automation systems, fitness trackers, and even 3D printers.

Housing

For aspiring homeowners, we also participate in Baltimore City's Live Near Your Work program and the Maryland Mortgage Program's House Keys 4 Employees initiative.

Flexible schedules

This isn't a 9-5 job unless you want it to be. We get it. Life doesn't contain itself to the hours after 5pm and before 9am. As long as you meet core hours, you typically have a lot of freedom in setting your own schedule.

Publishing bonus

Write a how-to or training publication and receive a publishing bonus from Fearless for your work.
