StellarEmploy is an applicant-analysis product designed to lower the cost of hiring at the minimum-wage (or similar) jobs, and create professional opportunities for people who wouldn’t otherwise have them. By identifying high-performers and expanding the applicant pool, StellarEmploy lowers turnover by 30%, generating 6-figure annual savings for companies with a few hundred employees. With the coming disruptions to the labor market, from big increases in minimum wage to machination of these jobs, StellarEmploy is poised to become the go-to technology to help companies navigate those changes and come out on top. In our Latin America launch, we proved our model, lowering turnover by 30% for our several clients and evaluating 7500 applicants in the process. We are now executing our expansion to the US, and are looking to build a world-class team to take the US recruiting world by storm.
