Farolito is an online marketplace for businesses seeking workers. We guarantee more effective workers who not only will excel in a job, but will stay for a long time, reducing hiring costs. 

Farolito resolves an important challenge in the labor markets in our target countries: as demand for labor grows, firms must turn to untested workers with limited formal work experience or training. Our proprietary test evaluates job candidates not only on skills, but also psychometric profile (preferences for types of jobs). Our test is three times more effective than clients’ current mechanisms at identifying workers likely to succeed in entry-level jobs, such as sales.
