Our appetite for consuming unsustainable products... is consuming the planet. 52% of our personal footprint comes from the goods we buy. Here in the UK, 2 tonnes of clothing is purchased each minute, and yet we often have little to no information on how and where our products are made, and the implications they have on the planet. As humans we can never fully stop consuming, but we can change our behaviour patterns. And so, the solution – I'm building a community-led marketplace that offers a much healthier, more honest approach towards consumption. (farly.co)
