Fabheads is founded by IIT alumni and ex-ISRO engineers - we are techies of the nerdiest kind. As we deal with Aerospace, defense, drones and other high performance sectors, our technical work is of the highest class, no compromises. We do stuff that's never been done before in India, hence we expect passion, originality, hard work and a fail-fast-learn-fast attitude, not to mention a penchant for engineering of the highest level. We are building India of tomorrow, the team must live up to that. Cliché enough, but we do believe in work hard party hard(er?) We have a multi-cultural and energetic work environment, flat hierarchy. We don't push around papers and delay work, we get work done.
