We're looking for three key roles: COO: someone that like to get stuff done. This person will work closely with all other fields and support the CEO when he has to do funding rounds by keeping the ops going. Sales & Marketing: We want you creative but disciplined - don't settle for standard, unoriginal marketing campaigns. You have a slightly crazy but good idea? Put it out there. Our creators are cool people that do crazy things - align yourself with them. Tech Lead: intermediate between the rest of the team and the tech development. We can't yet have our own development team but as the company grows you'll also be responsible for these hires. As we said, experience isn't crucial. Motivation, boldness & creativity are.
