Exonetik designs and manufactures disruptive ultra-high performance electromechanical rotary and linear magnetorheological (MR) actuators that offer a unique combination of force-density, high mechanical bandwidth (~100Hz), superior back-drivability, low cost, and aerospace-level reliability. Exonetik integrates its actuators into aerospace (force feedback fly-by-wire controls), automotive (seat and vehicle active suspension used to eliminate road imperfections), medical and robotic (tele-operation, haptic feedback, collaborative and humanoid robots allowing high speed and human-safe movements) products in collaboration with major industry players. Exonetik’s technology solves the challenge of providing a compact and economical actuator with naturally low impedance to physically interact with humans or deal with uncertain environments.
