Work when you want, where you want. Please note, that due to the nature of the role, some team members are hired to cover specific time zones and schedules.
Health insurance and health reimbursement
Health, dental, and vision insurance are offered to US employees based on their location. A health insurance reimbursement is available for team members located outside of the US.
Parental leave
Offered under two categories: As a Primary caregiver, we offer up to 13 weeks of paid leave + 4 weeks of part time upon your return to work. As a Secondary caregiver we offer up to 4 weeks of paid leave.
100% remote positions
All our positions are 100% remote careers – work from anywhere in the world.
Paid time off (pto)
Full-time employees are eligible for 30 days/year. Part-time employees are eligible for 15 days/year. All PTO is front-loaded.
Wellness days
Wellness days, separate from PTO, are offered once per quarter to allow team members a day to rest and recharge.
Fitness reimbursement
Team members are eligible for a monthly reimbursement to use towards a gym membership or home fitness program.
Therapy/counseling reimbursement
Up to a certain amount per week.
Calm app
Exodus will provide an annual subscription to the Calm app.
Education and professional development
We provide a $1,000 USD education budget annually for employees to use on accredited courses and materials.
Salary paid in bitcoin
All salaries are paid in Bitcoin (BTC). Experience the financial revolution from the front seats.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time is unlimited. Exodus will pay you your regular salary for up to two weeks. Any time off afterward, will be unpaid.
