Exerk exists to help busy people get active. We are launching a fitness movement called Team52, which brings together colleagues, friends and families to set their own fitness goals and work together to stick to them. We are different because we promote activities that fit into real life. We think little and often is better than intense one-offs. We bring people together to support and explore, taking behavioural change best practices into account to make it easier for you to make the best choices for yourself, and stick with them. We value curiosity, the power of people and grit. We don't like clutter and we do like choice. We are here to help remove the barriers to bitesized adventure. We are here to help people try things they have been meaning to do for ages. We help them get on with chasing their dreams. We are here to bring the topic of physical activity to the table, remove the guilt / never good enough culture often associated , we are here to make the culture of exercise more positive and natural in peoples’ days.
