• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal study execution/management teams, CROs, laboratory service providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop the Data Transfer Plan (DTP), including the Data Quality Review reconciliation section for the external vendor data transfer(s), obtain final approvals and file document to the Trial Master File (TMF) as applicable.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap (Product-Centric Focus):

Assist in understanding and executing the vision and strategy for digital products within the Enterprise Platforms job family (e.g., Communication, Content Management, Collaboration, Enterprise Productivity, Data and Analytics etc.).
Collaborate with product leads and business stakeholders to gather user needs and contribute to the development of product requirements and user stories.
Participate in basic market research and technology reviews to support product planning and identify potential areas for improvement.
Support the evaluation of product initiatives by helping assess business value, technical feasibility, and compliance considerations.
Work with architecture and engineering teams to help ensure digital solutions are aligned with enterprise design and security standards.

• Corporate and Business Development

Prepare company/asset valuation analyses on potential licensing and M&A transactions
Build merger consequences models to evaluate potential acquisitions
Evaluate in-licensing opportunities from a financial/business perspective
Test sensitivity of deal economics to variances in key assumptions, including synergies
Contribute to preparation and presentation of deal summaries and recommendations to senior management

• Prototype rapidly using vibe-coding techniques, then evolve prototypes into maintainable code through clear specifications, structured prompts, tests, modular design, and error handling.

• Lead and oversee the GMP Quality Assurance department
• Drive compliant execution across all GMP QA responsibilities in alignment with the enterprise GMP Quality Assurance strategy

• Assist in building simple AI-enabled prototypes, internal tools, and workflow automations.
• Translate clearly defined requirements into small software components, scripts, prompts, test cases, and configuration changes.

• Partner with PSC functional leaders to drive results that are aligned with corporate targets/objectives
• Develop bottoms-up PSC financial forecasts and regularly monitor performance against forecasts

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise AI platforms, reusable services, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI platform capabilities, including model access patterns, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, prompt and artifact management, observability, governance controls, and reusable integration patterns.

• Assist in building simple AI-enabled prototypes, internal tools, and workflow automations.
