As the world becomes more digitized we recognize the need for technologic solutions that help rather than continue to harm the situation. The evercred system solves this problem by leveraging decentralized identity standards endorsed by the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC,) the World Wide Web Consortium (WC3,) and the Decentralized Identity Foundation (DIF) to lay the foundation for our future authentic data healthcare ecosystem. We start by leveraging this technology to solve the $5B frustrating & friction filled physician workforce problem of identity verification, onboarding & credentialing. Evercred is the institution facing credential issuing and data management software that is utilized by credential issuers and verifiers. Evercred gives practicing physicians ownership of their credentials and allows for perpetual and automated permanent primary source verification of their identity and credentialing data in a secure trusted and decentralized way. The evercred system will create employment mobility for practicing physicians and provides a mechanism to create the trusted authentic healthcare data ecosystem of the future.
