Working at Etleap has helped me grow significantly as an engineer. As we strive to stay at the forefront of ETL and big data, there is no shortage of opportunities to learn, and challenging projects to work on. I enjoy that we are often granted early access to product features being developed by industry leaders such as the Redshift team, and occasionally have the chance to work with these teams to support these features ahead of their public release. At Etleap I get to work with remarkable colleagues in a high-performing team which enables us to move quickly and win often. I love the true sense of ownership I have over my work, I get to see the real impact I have on the product everyday, and being involved in every aspect of the development process, from planning through to implementation, has allowed me to develop into a well-rounded engineer. I've worked on everything from back-end and integrations, to our front-end stack and managing the infrastructure.
