η Vision's mission is to help make complex systems simple and sustainable. We love hardware and believe that IoT sensor networks done right can change the world. We also love infrastructure and want to make great products for the people that work hard to keep them running. Infrastructure teams that are often invisible to many, get our full attention. We only work with people we trust and people that enjoy working hard on challenging and exciting problems. We don't have a vacation policy. Deliver results (even from the beach), obsess over our customers, and that's all that matters. We're small enough that we trust the members of our team to make the right decisions about their workload and proceed accordingly. We are very feedback oriented and defect driven. We believe that feedback makes us better and that focusing on defects gives us deeper understanding of our work. We want to work hard, have fun, and make history. Everything we do, we do for our customers.
