Jobs at EstimatorSuite

Contributing Writer — Construction Software EstimatorSuite | Remote | Part-time / Contract We test estimating software so contractors don't have to guess. Every review runs through the same standardized 1,500 sq ft HVAC scenario. Stopwatch-timed. QuickBooks-verified. No vendor demos, no marketing screenshots. What you'll do: • Write 1-2 software reviews or trade guides per month • Turn hands-on test data into readable, honest coverage • Help contractors understand what a tool is wrong for — not just what it's good at You might be a fit if: • You've swung a hammer or scheduled a crew • You can explain why a $399/mo tool is overkill for a 3-person plumbing shop • You write like you talk — no SEO fluff, no AI filler This is not: • A full-time role with a 401(k) • A content-mill gig (1-2 pieces/month, quality over volume) • A place where we inflate scores to keep vendors happy No résumé required. Send two paragraphs about a tool you've used on a real job — what worked, what didn't, and who shouldn't buy it. [email protected]
