EstimatorSuite is an independent construction estimating software review platform serving US trade contractors. We test each tool using a standardized 1,500 sq ft residential HVAC install scenario, measuring estimate creation speed, template quality, mobile usability, QuickBooks sync accuracy, and pricing honesty. Unlike G2 or Capterra, we don't aggregate vendor data. Our reviews come from hands-on testing with real bid data from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs. Every price is verified monthly against vendor websites. We cover 9 estimating tools including Projul, STACK, ProEst, Buildxact, JobTread, Clear Estimates, BuilderTrend, PlanSwift, and Sage Estimating.
