Culture and benefits at Esports One

When you look at what it takes to build a successful startup, you can either be on a sailboat or a speedboat. You can't be both and it's difficult to go from a speedboat to a sailboat, but much easier to add a bunch of engines to a sailboat. For the past couple of years, we've been a sailboat. We've built out our tech capabilities, our data warehouse, and built a very recognizable brand throughout esports. As we continue to grow we are looking for value-driven dreamers that can't wait to build the next esports speedboat.
