• Drafts electrical designs and maintains accurate records of an Electrical Distribution Systems’ field assets in a simulated live electrical environment within a Small World application on a daily basis.
• Reads and understands project specifications, procedures, and requirements as necessary.

• Perform distribution planning studies, including load flow, voltage analysis, contingency analysis, capacity assessments, and system reliability evaluations.
• Develop long-term distribution system plans and identify infrastructure improvements required to support forecasted load growth.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 - 10 years of work experience with a pipeline operating company or at an engineering consulting firm in the natural gas or liquid pipeline industry.

• Quality: Conduct thorough quality reviews (QA/QC) following established procedures. Support the development of additional Professional Engineers within the team.
• Engineering Design: Perform studies, calculations, and detailed civil/structural, physical or P&C Substation engineering design and reviews for electrical substation and related projects.

Civil/structural work may involve site plan, grading and drainage plan and details, foundation plan and details, oil containment plan and details, and structural steel fabrication shop drawings.
Physical work may involve general arrangement, elevations and equipment connection details, grounding plan and details, conduit plan and details, control building layout and details, foundation plan and details, and material lists.
P&C work may involve review and production of protection & control design drawings, including relaying/functional one-lines, three-lines, AC/DC schematics, panel views, BOM, wiring diagrams, and station communication & alarm diagrams.

• Lead the successful delivery of large, complex power delivery projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, resource plans, and execution strategies.

• Perform and oversee electric distribution design and engineering work, including overhead and underground distribution, system upgrades, and modernization projects
• Lead quality control (QC) reviews for pre- and post-construction design packages

• Lead planning, scoping, design, and implementation of multiplexer replacement and migration programs.
• Develop long-term telecom strategies and migration roadmaps.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years supporting refining, chemical, terminal, or power generation facilities.

• Work on electric distribution system designs for subdivisions, apartment complexes, mixed-use developments, and other utility projects.
• Apply technical knowledge to engineering designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications, scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and engineering expertise for substation and transmission projects.
• Independently plan, execute, and oversee complex engineering assignments.

• Lead and perform detailed engineering design on a variety of projects
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations that inform key design decisions

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role

• Build a sales pipeline that focuses on establishing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide field market intelligence such as competitive information and market or industry trends, while participating in preparation of responses to RFP’s.
