• Systematize the brand system. Contribute to Enigma's brand organization including but not limited to maintaining asset libraries, deck templates, and brand guideline documents.

• Develop compelling, data-driven content. Turn Enigma’s proprietary data, research, and internal expertise into engaging reports, articles, thought leadership, and other long-form content.
• Generate ideas and uncover stories. Proactively identify interesting trends, insights, and angles within our data that can become differentiated content for Enigma.

• Is fluent in SQL, passionate about analyzing data, and knows the difference between data that only looks good in a sample and data that holds up once it’s in production.
• Has very strong negotiating chops - you understand how to “give and take” to get the best deal

Scale and manage data and onboarding operations to streamline customer lifecycle end-to-end
Own and lead data analysis projects, and generate the insights that help drive customer conversations forward
Prepare regular reports to communicate data quality metrics and improvements to stakeholders

• Build scalable, highly-available, high-throughput, highly maintainable systems, deployed in cloud environments
• Design and build low-latency, high-throughput search APIs, indexing pipelines, and retrieval systems using Python, Typesense, and AWS

• Build scalable, highly-available, high-throughput, highly maintainable systems, deployed in cloud environments
• Solve problems with containers, cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code (we use Docker, AWS and Terraform)

• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in information retrieval, ranking, semantic search, query understanding, and recommendation systems
• Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput search APIs, indexing pipelines, and retrieval systems using Python, Typesense, and AWS

• Design, develop and deliver data products that solve critical customer pain points and build scalable, high-quality systems that deliver rich interactions with our data.
