ShoppingScout is a grocery price comparison app that saves you time and money and helps you shop smarter. The ShoppingScout web and mobile app compares grocery prices and deals at local and online stores for your everyday purchases to maximize your savings. It is your one stop pre-shopping destination that, over time, learns your personal preferences to help you save. Our goal is to build the biggest and most accurate product and pricing database through leveraging multiple data sources as well as crowd-sourcing. Currently, we have launched our Beta version in Northern California (The Lake Tahoe Basin down to Fresno) the ShoppingScout app contains product ingredients and nutrition information as well as local pricing and promotions for products carried by retailers including Safeway, Vons, Raley's, Bel Air, Nob Hill, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and Target. In the near future, we will expand into more regions and carry national pricing for many stores. The ShoppingScout web app is free and provides you with your own personal shopping assistant that can: -Compare prices across local and online stores -Create and share multiple grocery and shopping lists -Check product ingredients and nutritional information -Save your product and brand preferences -Help plan your shopping trip with multiple trip options and calculate your savings The ShoppingScout app helps plan your weekly shopping so you know what products to buy and where to buy them to maximize savings.
