Enablerz is building an AI-native coaching platform at the intersection of leadership development, performance, and artificial intelligence. We are currently hiring for a Founder’s Office – Growth & Inside Sales role, working directly with the founders on driving early-stage growth and execution. This is not a typical role. You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities including outbound and inbound sales, LinkedIn and email outreach, webinar planning and hosting, campaign execution, CRM workflows, and engaging with senior stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who learns fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple moving parts in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is based in Mumbai (hybrid: office + work from home). This is a high-ownership, high-learning role. While compensation may not match large organizations at this stage, the exposure to building a company from the ground up, working closely with founders, and developing real-world skills across growth, sales, and operations is significant.
