Supported through a partnership with the Building Bridges Coalition, one of the largest networks of volunteer abroad organizations, and Global Brigades, the largest secular nonprofit in the industry, Empowered has developed the most comprehensive and high impact volunteer management software available. In the last 4 years Empowered has supported organizations recruit more than 50K volunteers and raise over $50M toward their international projects. Our clients are international service organizations that mobilize groups of volunteers and need a solution to unify their volunteers’ fundraising, coordinate travel, and keep track of donors. There are approximately 1 million annual volunteers traveling internationally, representing more than $1.5 billion in potential market opportunity.
