And then providing them a space to share this information with chosen loved ones, breaking the barrier to open a dialogue about feelings. We do it to change the narrative around personal wellness, or taking care of your mental health. Wellness is not something to revert to when things go wrong, it's a lifestyle. By Empowered, we want to provide a vessel to assist in completing small actions that ensure people do not drift away from their best selves.
