We’re hiring early team members to help grow Elvan — an AI-native customer feedback platform (NPS, CSAT, CES) for modern SaaS and eCommerce teams. Right now, we’re focused on: - Growth marketers who can experiment and drive distribution - AI-native generalists who can use tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to move fast - Growth Interns who are curious, scrappy, and want to learn by doing This is not a traditional role. You’ll work directly with founders and own problems end-to-end — from idea to execution. We’re looking for people who: - Enjoy figuring things out without step-by-step instructions - Can run experiments (content, SEO, distribution, outbound) - Use AI as a core part of how they work - Care about outcomes, not just activity You’ll be expected to: - Test and iterate on growth ideas - Talk to users and understand what resonates - Use AI tools to speed up execution - Ship consistently We’re remote-first, async by default, and keep meetings minimal.
