We change education in three and consistent ways: E-learning paradigm, learning process, and assessment mechanism. New E-Learning paradigm: From Development-Learning Environment-Users to multi-role knowledge construction via system in order to deal with the complex relationships among people and system. New learning process model: From consistency principle of four aspects of learning environment, i.e. learner, knowledge, reflection, and community to operable model: The learning process transfers learning pathway to students’ learning progressions. New assessment mechanism: students’ learning progressions are the unified base to generate various types of assessments, including cognitive-content assessment.
