Eddy Systems careers

Eddy helps programmers write code. It corrects mistakes, fills in details, and helps avoid bugs. It asks intelligent questions instead of spewing errors.

Eddy reasons about the code it sees and learns usage patterns. Interaction with eddy replaces looking up examples and tutorials every time you use a new library/framework/language.

Eddy is free for those who let us inspect and share their code (cf Github). Enterprise users are compelled to pay because 1) they don't want their code to be public, 2) they want eddy to scan their in-house codebase.

In its first incarnation, eddy is an IDE plugin for the popular IntelliJ Java IDE. We made this choice to minimize adoption friction and initial UI dev cost. We will have a working prototype by the end of the year. We will then collect data from users on which eddy will be trained.
