eCaring generates actionable real time health care data from a patient's home. Its intuitive system enables home health aides, caregivers and patients to enter extensive behavioral, clinical and medication adherence data, which the system integrates and configures alerts from. eCaring enables hospitals, healthcare providers, payers & families to keep people in their homes and out of the hospital, by communicating vital in-home care information as it occurs, to: intervene early to prevent significant deterioration; substantially lower care costs while improving quality of care; and reduce hospital and ER admissions. eCaring is a critical tool for care and disease management markets for the elderly and patients with chronic conditions. In trials with Medicaid/Medicare dual eligibles, eCaring substantially reduced ER and hospital use, MD and nurse visits, saving hundreds of dollars per patient per month. We were also selected as winners of the NYC PILOT Health Tech program.
