“The perfect storm when hard work and opportunity collide is a thorough depiction of my journey at EBQ. I started as a Business Development Rep eager to prove exactly why I was hired, but sure as heck knew that I did not have the zest or confidence to do so, which is a very humbling self-realization to say the least. This is when I made a promise to myself. That promise being, every morning that I walked into the building, I’d be a stronger BDR than the morning prior. I knew I would have to push through areas of insecurity and challenge myself to achieve gain. I quickly observed that there was no question if EBQ wanted me to succeed and prosper, as they dedicated their time and knowledge to get me there, while rooting for me along the way. This continues to be the case at EBQ for all their employees. Four and a half years later, as a Director, I still carry the same promise and mindset, but it has flourished from an individual level to include a company standing and I am still challenged and forever progressing. Over the past years, not only have I evolved individually and with the company, but also with its employees. When I see the opportunities and growth that EBQ has provided to others, it makes my heart happy. It makes this journey that allows me to collaborate with people of all ages, personalities, and experiences, so rewarding and empowering. I am grateful for EBQ’s professionalism, grit, and commitment that it gives to its employees and clients. For all of the above reasons, and many many more, I whole-heartedly enjoy working for EBQ.”
