Founded by two industry legends - Amber Spears and Alona Rudnitsky.

Alona has focused on building data-driven marketing teams, rooted in scalability, and accustomed to achieving long-term strategic objectives and increased profitability. In 2006, she grew and nurtured her first marketing agency, Helix House, to the Inc. 5000 list, expanding it across three offices with approximately 150 employees. Additionally, she’s owned and operated four multi-million-dollar marketing agencies and a suite of 8-figure direct response health products. She has also been named in “35 entrepreneurs under 35”, featured in Business Leaders magazine, and rated #1 agency in Arizona 7 years in a row. As the co-founder of East 5th Avenue, Alona is committed to helping clients implement and run robust and profitable partnership marketing programs.
