EarlierCare is an award winning startup disrupting the way dental appointments are managed.

Over 114 million dental appointments are cancelled and unfilled annually, resulting in $11.4 billion in lost revenue for dental clinics. Albeit the incremental cost and effort, dentists are not filling these spots, and patients are missing the opportunity to be treated earlier. At EarlierCare, we have developed a live-sync scheduling system and a patient smartphone app that uses our proprietary matching algorithm to book new or existing patients into open appointments created by last minute cancellations. Patients can search for open spots based on search criteria and get push notifications for new openings. Our system can also alert new open slots to patients through text messages.

As a result, we are increasing clinic revenue while meeting urgent demand or convenience of patients.
