Duplie also gives organizations CRM functionality with a 360 view of their users. Allowing custom user fields and custom activity notes with querying and reporting. Online chat and groups are also a plus to help nonprofits communicate via messaging or emails. This eliminates the need for nonprofits to integrate with different products. We are solving their technology problems with a single system. The best part is all the reporting and interaction is on a single system. So the nonprofit visitors remain on the same site for donations, online payments, etc.
