We are currently hiring for our core robotics roles to bridge the gap between high-fidelity digital simulation and real-world deployment. Why We Are Hiring: Having finalized our initial software architecture and 3D simulation frameworks, Drivo Robotics is preparing for its next major milestone: scaling our simulation into a physical, heavy-duty 8x8 autonomous prototype and preparing for our upcoming global crowdfunding campaign. To achieve this, we need brilliant minds who are passionate about ROS 2, computer vision, and hardware-software integration. What It Is Like to Work With Us: - Sim-to-Reality Focus: You won't just be writing abstract code. Your primary mission will be to develop robust navigation pipelines (Nav2) in a simulation environment (Gazebo/Webots) and successfully flash and test that software onto physical hardware powered by NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin. - Full-Stack Autonomy: We are looking for engineers who want ownership. You will be working on everything from low-level motor control via CAN bus to high-level sensor fusion (3D LiDAR, stereoscopic cameras, IMU) and cloud-to-robot API connectivity. - Remote-First & Global Impact: We embrace a flexible, remote-first working culture, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating closely with our corporate headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia.
